Affordable Painting and Handyman Services was started in 1995 by Jerry Quiles. A home builder apprentice to his Uncle for over ten years, Jerry has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of construction. Jerry has also taken many courses on the subject of home improvement, and  remodeling, so he can stay up to date with current trends.

Affordable Painting and Handyman Services currently employs 15 professionals, so no job is too big or too small. We have a large assortment of professional equipment and machinery including trailers for carrying equipment and for hauling debris. We run background checks on all of our employees.

Affordable Painting and Handyman Services is a member of the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida  and has received a five-star rating from the Professional Remodeling Business Journal.

Jerry Quiles was born and raised in New York, and currently resides with his wife Tamar  in the East Orlando area.

Affordable Painting and Remodeling is licensed with the Florida Department  Of Business.
